everything in play, tap schoolmaster for fallow's ability, token comes in, repeat to deck them

In order to really make this combo bear fruit just have Drowner of Secrets in play, it's a static ability making you be able to use it constantly without Summoning sicknes in the way..
with it, you can do it at all times..

now i feel dumb, i actually ment drowner rather then fallow, since fallow doesnt give other merfolk a way to tap, sorry about the mistake.
