Play Stuffy Doll, enchant Stuffy Doll with Pariah.
Cards that remove from the game (exile) are the only ones that can remove it, although there are some enchantments that can prevent all the damage dealt by it.
Pariah can be easily removed if your opponent has cards such as Naturalize, so I suggest something to counter with.
Lifelink, Orcish Artillery, Druid's Call and many others that work in a similar way can be a nice addition to the combo. These are just a few examples.

I don't get this. Stuffy Doll is a very easy card to get infinite damage out of. Try using it with Druid's Call and Pandemonium. Infinite kill.

He just wanted to have fun without using infinite damage. An easier way is Guilty Conscience though.

As do I, but I'm sure if he had access to Guilty Conscience he would be using it instead of this. I recommended Pandemonium because he's already using Druid's Call.
