But once Emrakul hits the graveyard, you shuffle him back in to your library. How's that going to work?

It's hard to use Emrakul in necro-combos. The only chance is Stifle.

Yes he is hard to use with necron decks but if you place an instant on stack in response to his ability triggered by the graveyard you could put him into play and get your grave back to your library all at the same time.

This one works purely because the raising effects are instant-speed and can be used in response to Emrakul's triggered ability.

Still, this is pretty damn unlikely to ever happen, you need a very specific starting hand.
