What if you had Leyline of the Void in your starting hand? That would work great.

For annoying your opponent, yes. For winning the game, no.

Actually, this could be a game ender. You would need in your hand: Swamp, Dark Ritual, Lotus Petal, Ill-Gotten Gains, Leyline of the Void and Bottomless Pit or Necrogen Mists with a spare card that can be anything. With those six cards in your opening hand, it can be game over.

It goes a little somthing like this:

Turn 1: Swamp, Dark Ritual, Lotus Petal, Leyline of the Void, play Ill-Gotten Gains, bring back Dark Ritual, Bottomless Pit or Necrogen Mists, and Lotus Petal from your graveyard to your hand. Your opponent stays with no cards in hand thanks to LOTV.

Turn 2: Your opponent drew his card on his first turn, then comes your turn, play Dark Ritual and cast either Bottomless Pit or Necrogen Mists. Now, this all depends on what your opponent is playing. Because now, he will always be discarding the card he has in his hand during his upkeep and drawing another one at his draw step. So he will always be with one card in his hand. But you will to so it will be like some kind of draw or to see who runs out of cards from their libraries first. But I'm probably missing somthing to make yourself have one more card in your hand to stay at 2 cards in hand instead of 1.

Add panoptic mirror and imprint Ill-Gotten Gains. because its imprinted only the copy gets rfgd. Then you wouldnt need the mists cos youd be getting rid of his one card in your turn.

also evry one of your turns starts you with 3 cards from your gy and 1 from your deck.

Thje only downside of this is that you do your 1st igg on turn 2 instead of 1.
