First you need 2 or more clerics to transfer Lightning Greaves.
Combo 1:
1. Equip to Daru Spiritualist
2. Equip to any other cleric
3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until Daru spiritualist's toughness is high enough to kill your opponent.
4. Cast Transmutation to exchange power and toughness of a cleric affected by the ability of Daru spiritualist.
5. Pay for Starlit Sanctum's activation.. Either kill your opponent with lose life.

Or

Combo 2:
Repeat step 1 to step 3 of Combo 1 then instead of casting transmutaion, you can gain life equal to the cleric's toughness using starlit sanctum.

I love this combo, i play it using the en-kor creatures instead of greaves as an option. shuko works well to since its a mana cheaper then greaves
