Don't they have a CMC of 0?

Sorry Twogunkid. The copy form Isochron Scepter isn't cast. It's a copy. It is rule 706.9 of the comprehensive rule book. Since it isn't cast this doesn't work.

I believe it is still counted as an arcane spell, as it is a copy...

And you still cast it. Note the actual wording of Isochron Scepter...
2, T : You may copy the exiled card. If you do, you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

yes it is still counted as an arcane and is still cast, as it is the card that is copied not the spell so 709 doesnt apply

Yup, this works. Even though you normally can't play Evermind, Iso Scepter allows you to play the copy (because you ignore the mana cost)

but isochron says that you have to imprint a card with converted mana cost 2 or less. 0 is still a mana cost, but in this situation the card has no cost so how can you imprint it.

Evermind like land or lotus bloom has not explicit CMC however it is treated as having CMC 0 for search and effect cards for example Green suns zenith at zero can fetch dryad arbor

As 2GK says, cards with no mana cost have a Converted mana cost of 0.
