Chains of Mephistopheles makes you discard if you would draw more than one card a turn. forced fruition makes you draw 7 cards if the enemy cast a spell. Since the maxim hand size is 7 this means that they will only be able to cast 2 non instant spells consecutively if they wait 8 turns. It is a soft lock.

I like to add words of war, and howling mine. I can pay 1 each turn to make my draw into 2 damage, and they have to draw and discard 1 card. I gain 1 card a turn and deal 2 damage, and they draw and discard 1 card. It pins there hand.
