You can just go for the Devoted druid + Experiment Kraj... and also maybe an Immaculate Magistrate...

It wouldn't raise Storm, because you would just  be tapping and untapping with a loss of 1 mana per time.

Use Hairstrung Koto with it and you have and infinite mill whoever you want out of the game combo :)

You can also use the creature with discarder ability.. but with an untap ability like Devoted Druid...
