Unfortunately, the cards for the combo aren't yet recognised. The swamps are there to keep the form happy. They are the black cards: Magic 2010 Sanguine Bond and the Zendikar Blood Tribute. For clarification on effects, look them up on the Gatherer site.
This simple combo allows you to kill a player regardless of their life total (Only works with vampires). First, Play Sanguine Bond. Whenever you gain life, an opponent loses that much life.
The next step is to make sure you have an untapped vampire on the field. Finally, play Blood Tribute. Target player loses half their Life total rounded up. Pay the kicker cost of tapping an untapped vampire so you gain that much life. Then, they lose the rest of their life via Sanguine Bond.
