Simplistic. First one needs all three in play. Next equip the Outrider w/ Runed Stalactite, turning him into all creature types, including elemental. Next play outrider's ability as much as you like. Since he's an elemental, Ceaseless Searblades get's +1/+1 for each time you play Outrider's ability. So effectively the outrider's ablility may as well be -0:ceaseless searblades gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

swing with both and when they dont block the elemental, pump him till they die lol

I'm considering putting both in my R/W edh deck that I'm constructing but I don't know anyway to search for them. Anyone have any ideas?

The only thing that I can think of right now is Arid Mesa so that you will have less chances to draw a land, so a bit more chances to draw those cards. Maybe if you used some black cards you'd be able to do it but.. I'll try to find white and red cards for that.
