arbor elf enchanted with freed from the real
a forest enchanted with utopia sprawl (blue)

have a prismatic omen or joiner adept in play

it would be much easier to do with elves - instead of the schoolmaster, use an imperious perfect. instead of judge of currents, use a wellwisher

This is for a White/Blue Merfolk deck. Freed From the Real uses all blue so I need an infinite blue mana combo.

Okay, I'll rephrase... It doesn't have to be infinite... Let's say, lots of blue mana for low cost either from a blue, white or colorless source.

Paradise Mantle or Intruder Alarm.
With Phyrexian Altar you get infinite life but lose your tokens.
That is all i could think of at the moment.

Or you could use 2 Fatestitchers and Shields of Velis Vel.

Tap one Fatestitcher to tap an opponents thing. Then tap the other to untap the first. Tap the first to untap the second. The Shields make them into Merfolk.
