Have all cards out with Fractured loyalty enchanting witch engine.

Tap witch engine, Add BBBB to your pool and pass to opponent.

Use spend BB on thran forge to make witch artifact and gain control again. use BB to untap with construct.

tap again add BBBB to your pool and pass to opponent.

Now it is already an artifact, so just pay BB to untap and regain control.

Repeat to add BB to your pool for each cycle.

It don't work. You can't target the Witch Engine when it is an artifact. Use Captive Flame.

You can still target it with the construct, that is what you use after turning it into an artifact creature for the turn.
