Abundance

{2}{G}{G}

Enchantment

Tenth Edition

Read rules for Abundance
If you would draw a card, you may instead choose land or nonland and reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a card of the chosen kind. Put that card into your hand and put all other cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.

I don't know if this works... If it does, this is how to do it...

Warning: do this only if you have enough lands or mana sources already...

Cast mana severance, fetch all your lands... then at your draw step, choose to reveal card until you reveal a land card...
