Have the Mask on the Wretched, and the Gate in play. Then just attack with the Wretched every turn and it won't die due to the Gate, and all oppenents critters are forced to block due to the Mask, then you take control of them all. Best part is that it is mono black and can be done every turn.

I agree... very nicely done... plus you can add spells that can untap your opponent's creatures... or something that can prevent damage dealt to and dealt by the creature...

you even kept it mono-colour... AND, its black, which means it can be brought out earlier with things like Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual :P

Yup, or elves of deep shadow... or signets with black mana, or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth with Cabal Coffers...
