The scenario you want is to have a Mnemonic Wall on the battle field with a Splinter Twin enchanting it. Cast a Cruel Ultimatum and reep it's benefits. Tap the Mnemonic Wall in order to make it's twin getting a Cruel Ultimatum back. You can continue doing this every turn until you win.

Its a good start. There are cards that could make this combo faster. Nice find.

I would use panoptic mirror, but this works to. If nothing else, cloven casting, or twin cast could help. Cloven casting seems to be made for this kind of idea.

Or an infinite mana combo. Your Eldrazi spawns one with gemstone array would be able to make this work.
