Get all of these cards into play. Equip Pariah's Shield to Shepherd of Rot. Sacrifice Shepherd of Rot to gain 2 life and get a zombie token. Use Unholy Grotto to pull Shepherd of Rot out of your graveyard. Pariah's Shield is used for when your opponent attacks.

You can replace Shepherd of Rot with any zombie cleric. You can also replace Unholy Grotto with Lord of t0he Undead if you don't want to wait until your next turn to get your sac'ed zombie cleric back.
