Not bad, but there are far better creatures to get with Exhume than a single 5/4 flying hasty guy.

Assuming your intention was to reanimate one Demigod and have him bring along his buddies, this doesn't work.

Demigod triggers on being cast (see the current wording at http://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=153972 ).

When you use Exhume to reanimate the Demigod, he is not cast, just returned to the battlefield.

Assuming that you have the avatar in your hand and 2 dark rituals this could be a turn 2 win. Turn 1 I think with 3 dark rituals.

If you want something new, why not get Birds of Paradise... it's new... from M10...

Iona is nice or Platinum Angel... Nice right? They are new... Or if you really want something new, a creature from M11 would be nice right?
