'Legendary creatures don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.
When Arena of the Ancients enters the battlefield, tap all legendary creatures.'

Artifacts, Enchantments and Planeswalkers untap as normal.

Still good at locking down your opponent's creatures. Add in stuff like Darksteel Brute to attack and you're golden.

How would the Amulet help? Your creatures don't come into play tapped, they just don't untap each turn...

Now that is a cool card. Too bad there are not card that make each creature the same name permanenet or something. That would be really nasty. I think.
