Auriok Salvagers must be in play.
Play Black Lotus, then sacrifice it to produce 3 white mana.
Pay Auriok Salvagers' activation cost to return Black Lotus to your hand. Then repeat the cycle.

Do that a hundrend times and then play Blaze or Fireball (add red instead of white the last time you sacrifice black lotus)

Actually it can be any spell.
