Tap Guilded Lotus for 3 mana of any color. Pay Voltaic Construct\'s activation cost to untap Guilded Lotus. And you get 1 mana of any color each cycle. Repeat cycle for more mana.

Voltaic Construct says "2: Untap target artifact creature."
Sadly, Gilded Lotus is not an Artifact creature. You'll need a Xenic Poltergeist or something of the like.
