1. Pemmin's Aura on Seeker of Skybreak.
2. Wirewood Channeler in Play
3. Any other creature with an ability with a tap sign.

When you tap Wirewood Channeler, you get 2 mana of any one color.
first, tap wirewood channeler, choose blue for the mana that it will produce.
Then, untap wirewood channeler with seeker of skybreak then untap seeker of skybreak with penim\\\'s aura. Now, Seeker of Skybreak and wirewood channeler are both untapped and you have 1 blue mana. You can repeat the process and get 1 extra blue mana everytime.
When you have enough blue mana to untap any creature, you can use any creature\\\'s tap ability.

Example:
1. Wellwisher, to gain as many life you want.
1a. For Test of Endurance.
1b. For Serra Avatar

2. Kiki-Jiki, to produce a copy of any non-legendary creature.
2a. The example are endless, ranging from sakura tribe elder for land filters, darksteel colossus for damage, Man\\\'Owar for board control, Relentless Rats - LOL, Any creature that has a comes into play ability, etc.

3. Immaculate Magistrate or Timberwatch Elf for Pumping up creatures.

With this combo, the possibilities are endless.

Seeker of Skybreak has always been one of my favourites due to its utility, so when I first saw Pemmin's Aura this was the obvious way to go.

One neat way to set up a win condition for this deck is to sub in some Symbiotic Deployments (tap 2 creatures to draw a card) and one or two pumpable direct-damage spells like the classic Fireball. Once your basic mana engine is in place, cast Symbiotic Deployment and you can immediately cycle through your entire deck to find that one Fireball, power it up with infinite mana from the Channeler, and toss it at your opponent's head. Be careful not to mill yourself though.
(If your opponent manages to counter the Fireball, you still have the option of casting just about half your deck. In a single turn.)
The less dangerous version of this is to use a direct-damage spell with buyback - this ensures that you won't accidentally shoot your own head off if your opponent happens to be ready to cast a Reflect Damage or something similar. Searing Touch works well for this, especially since you can cast it with red mana from your Channelers to knock off your opponent's creatures even if your engine gets disrupted for some reason.

You don't need Seeker of Skybreak. Just another elf. put the enchantment on the chanler and untap him with the enchantment.

@psyche - i'm just making infinite mana here... i'm doing infinite creature tapping and untapping...

maybe if i replace seeker of skybreak with Aphetto alchemist then you'll understand but we need another elf...

shakii-what psyche is saying is the skybreak can be any elf.  to use the skybreak to untap the channeler is an unnecessary step, when the very enchantment that is untaping the skybreak can untap the channeler instead.  skip the middleman itll make the combo easier to pull off

at first i didnt see why the skybreak was important, but after thinking, it makes sense, because you can then use the skybreak to infinitely untap creatures, and get infinite mana this way...

used to do stuff like turn ur lands into creatures with natures revolt and add stasis for a lockdown for only your opponent, every land and creature you control can untap no prob then, and nothing of your opponents will
