Well, it's the cheapest (manawise) infinite turns combo that I know of.
It only needs one of those nice cards preventing your oponents to play stuff in your turn to prevent your artifacts to be destroyed.
There was a time when Time Vault was errated and if by ANY means you would untap Time Vault you'd loose a turn, but not anymore (for quite sometime) and I've used this combo last saturday, and oh boy you should have seen their faces. ;-)
