it does require 4 mana a turn for using the isochron scepters though...
i mean, 2 mana for each.

If you stifle the into play ability of the manta when it comes in you will also need to stifle when it comes back after the journey.

It only matters when you first play it, after the first time bringing him out the stifle and journey would be enough to go infinite.

When you first play the Manta, you can skip your next turn. Then, the turn after that, you should set up your combo.

Also if you use Flash, you can have infinite turns early...

you can make this work by taking advantage of the fact that the begining of the next end step only happens 1 time.  When you play the manta stifle its ability, then when you go into your end step, slide it with the journey, you then gain an extra turn and the manta will return to play the the beginning of that turn's end step, at which time you stifle and slide it again going infinite without giving up a turn,
