You could do it turn 4 if on turn 1 you dark rit megrim out. And then a mountain or red land a turn

akki lavarunner is safer. It does less damage, but it doesn't cause as much damage, which may be enough to keep you from dying before this combo goes off. Also it is a good alternate to help you get out this combo. Tutors, akki lavarunner and furnace of rath with merigrim could be a deck unto itself.
