Get Teysa into play, try to have at least one other creature out, drop Painter (set to black) and Altar at the same time, sac the extra creature to mill equal to its power, Teysa drops another creature into play instantly, rinse and repeat. I play this with cards like Even the Odds
and Spectral Procession to get the creature count up. You will find out that you also have and creature remove from the game combo once you get three or more other creatures out.

Ooh, Altar of Dementia, never heard of that before, thanks. I have some infinite Persist combos
