doesnt work.
it makes black spells cost 1 less to cast.
the 1 less being 1 colourless less, not 1 black mana less.

I think he was intending to make the Ritual free to play, unfortunately the Medallions only reduce the colorless part of costs.

At first i didn't get it... but then I remember i used to assume when i was new to Magic that the medallions reduces colored mana cost...
