Use a sac engine on the elementals. I like thermopod or lyzolda, the blood witch, and phyrexian altar. Each turn make the tokens, and attack with them. Use the mana for other abilities, or to play creatures after your attack is finished. Also creatures with devour work well. Just using a claws of gix will do the trick.

That's why i said that you need a sac engine. The number of options for a sac engine with the colors red and black are almost infinite. You can pick the engine based on the rest of the deck.

No I thought tokens whenever they died were removed so wouldn't kresh not get any bigger?

Token can go to the graveyard. They just don't exist in the graveyard. The act like a permanent of whatever type the represent, but because they aren't a card, they don't get to be outside the battlefield. Here is the rule

A token that's phased out, or that's in a zone other than the battlefield, ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; See rule 704. State-Based Actions (note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist).

It can change zones. The elemental mastery doesn't say the tokens go to the graveyard, so without a sac engine bloodbraid would never go off.

All of the sudden Deathbringer thoctar gorgon falial unsceythe plus sac engine got a whole lot better

Good one. It clears the enemy field, and keeps there creatures form coming back, while giving you a army. Very nice.

Tokens go to the graveyard, THEN are removed from the game.

equip phyrexian broodlings with blade of the bloodchief
tap him to make 2 tokens,
sacrifice them to phyrexian broodlings to give him +4/+4,
untap him with 1 blue mana.
repeat :P

just thought i'd post this cause its another way to take advantage of the tokens and sac. engines :P

Why do people forget that rule that tokens go to graveyard first when they die before they are removed from the game? It has been mentioned a few times in this site... and i think it was asked at least twice in the answers thread...
