Tap the Druid for a green mana and use Quillspike's ability. Then, play Runes of the Deus on Quillspike. Then, put a -1/-1 counter on the druid to untap, tap it for Quillspike (now with trample) and remove the druid's counter for the power-up. Repeat and rape

Primal Rage gives all creatures you control trample, and this enchantment costs two mana to play

Whispersilk cloack is better, or maybe loxodon warhammer, or maybe a simple enchant that just gives trample or unblockable or protection or landwalk. The combo is great (just don't use runes of the deus it's too heavy, all you need is a way to pass the damage to the oponent and you won.)
