For this combo to work, you need the above mentioned cards, and an additional 3 elves for Priest of Titania to provide enough mana. That should be easy enough in an elf deck though :-)
Tap Priest of Titania for 6 green mana, spend 2 of them using Nomadic Elf to make a white mana, and use that mana with 3 of your green mana with Seedcradle Witch for untapping Priest of Titania, netting you one spare mana. Repeat. h Orochi Leafcaller
The great thing about this combo is that it utilizes only elves, so it's very easy to set up, and in addition to infinite mana of any colour, it grants infinite untapping, which in turn can grant infinite tokens using Rhys the Redeemed, infinite life using Wellwisher, or infinite power permanently  using Immaculate Magistrate / for the turn using Seedcradle Witch itself.
To make this combo extended-legal, replace Nomadic Elf with Orochi Leafcaller.

If you wish to keep white out of it, use Sword of the Paruns.

That effect can be achieved with Umbral Mantle with less mana... and less elves...

Those will both work for infinite mana, but it's not quite the same effect; bear in mind that Seedcradle Witch can untap and boost everything you have, not only the enchanted creature, making it better than using artifacts.
Aslo, I like using only elves, makes it both easier to set up and less vulnerable as all cards are of the same type.

Well, it can boost your creature even it is not your turn as for the Umbral Mantle, it has equip 0... so not much issue there except the equip as a sorcery...

Sword of the Paruns helps in an Elf deck, because it powers up your creatures.
