Once you play Goblin Warrens, play Boggart Shenanigans and Siege-Gang Commander. Sacrifice two tokens, get three, and deal 2+ damage to target player. Rinse, wash, and repeat.

This would not be able to repeat for very long. If I am not mistaken the Goblin Warren requires you to sacrifice 2 Goblins to create 3 token creatures, the creatures are only generic 1/1 creatures. The most you could get out of this combo would be 9 damage.
Commander brings in 3 goblins (sacrificed to the Commander would be 6 damage + 3 for the Bogart). You would have to make them goblins in order for the Warren to be of any use.
