First, you play Crumbling Ashes, Heartmender, and Necroskitter. Then play Soul Snuffers. At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy an opponent's creature using Crumbling Ashes, then gain control with Necroskitter. Heartmender will eat the -1/-1 counters on your creatures, so Crumbling Ashes won't hurt you. Every creature destroyed becomes a lesson in Zombie Arithmatic: One living creature under an opponent's control destroyed, one undead creature gained for you.
