late game that is 4 mana for something like two 9/9 to 13/13. Good finisher.

Think of it this way,

Late game
9 lands, tap all
Use 5 for something critter say 4/4
Cast Devastating Summons sacrifice all lands for 2 9/9 beasts.
Remaining 3 cast Second Sunrise bring back all lands.
Tap 9 for like All haste and Trample your face inwards card or more creatures.

Yeah.....

mass hysteria and entwined savage beating with trample would, with 2 9/9 be 72 damage coming there way. That is a game ender there. The math is 9/9 *2 =18. double strike 18*2=36. Second combat phase 36*2=72! GG.
