When kinsbaile borderguard leaves play, you'll put a number of Kithkin Soldier tokens into play equal to the number of +1/+1 counters it had on it. Then it'll come right back into play with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of Kithkin you have in play!

thats pretty funny.  throw in Isochron scepter to make it a nice loop :)

A sac engine wouldn't do much good. Once a turn is all you get out of the spell. When it comes back it is a new permanent. That said, doubling your creatures each turn sounds very good, so the scepter is a good idea.
