Will Sundering Titan force you to kill your own lands?

Yes. It doesn't matter though, since you can destroy every land type you aren't playing, and with tajuru Preserver you don't have to sac you lands at all.

My friend uses sundering titan, in his Urza land and Land still deck... Destroys opponent's lands but his lands are non basic lands and mana producing artifacts...

You can always just leave you opponent with the lands you use, but not ones you don't.

But the best way to exploit its powers is not to use any basic land type at all... Just use urza lands, Cloudpost, artifacts, creatures, other non-dual lands etc...

I could easily use non-basic lands, but I don't know if I want to.

if you have preserver you still have to sac your own lands since it only stops you from saccing because of an opponent.

Though mana-producing artifacts might be fine...
