This is actually even better than just wiping anything, you can make it one-sided :)

The trick is that the 'Choose a creature' part of Cytoshape doesn't happen until the spell resolves.

What you do, is put all of the Nephelim copies of Cytoshape targeting your creatures first, and all the ones targeting your opponent's creatures second so they resolve first.

When your opponent's ones resolve, choose the Grizzly Bears

When your ones resolve, choose the Nephilim

Your guys will have 3 toughness and survive the 'clasm :D

Another trick you can do since you're in Green/Blue anyway, is to replace the Bears with Vigean Hydropon - since the counters are not applied when a creature copies it, all your opponent's creatures will be 0/0 and die without you needing to cast Pyroclasm. Plus you'll have a big attacker when you turn the Hydropon into a copy of the Nephilim (it'll be 8/8 if you haven't grafted any of the counters)
