This Combo Requires One Changeling or one creature that matches a creature type play a 0-3 mana creature with a comes into play or leaves play ability and use mana echoes to bounce it endlessly. My recomendations include Mogg War marshal or merrow witsniper.

This combo requires two creatures of converted mana cost 3 or less.  They don\'t have to share a type, but you do need two creatures.  One of the creatures needs to be on the battlefield and the other one needs to be in your hand.

Aluren allows you cast them yeah, but as soon as you cast them Equilibrium triggers.  So now you have your creature on the stack and Equilibrium\'s trigger on the stack.  Your creature hasn\'t entered the battlefield yet so you can\'t add any mana to your mana pool via Mana Echoes.

You must pay one mana and resolve Equilibrium\'s trigger to return the creature on the battlefield to your hand.  Then your creature on the stack resolves, enters the battlefield, and you get one colorless mana from Mana Echoes.

You need two creatures.
