With Anger in graveyard it would work

This does work without Anger.  Summoning sickness applies to only attacking, costs with the Tap symbol, and costs with the Untap symbol.  Costs like "Tap seven untapped Druids you control" will allow you to tap summoning sick Druids.

yeah if it were the goblins taping themselves it wouldnt work but since its another card it does!
