Pretty simple. Cast Winter Orb alongside a Fate stitcher to force your opponent's lands into a lockdown.During each upkeep players can only untap one land a turn. Use fatestitcher to tap the opponent's untapped land and they will basically be force to play the game with only one untapped land a turn. (Provided they actually draw another land to play each turn.) The odds of anything gamewinning for one mana is pretty low, so if there's no immediate threat sit back and slowly drain them to 0 with an Onyx Goblet,or go mono-blue and mill them with screeching sliver turn after turn after turn.

Thanks for the link. I totally forgot about Prodigal Sorceror. It'd be a lot easier to run than onyx goblet since my deck only runs black for the purpose of using the goblet as a win condition.
