Play Ghost Town. Play Living Plane. Play Mirrorweave and copy Ghosttown. Quicken a Cultural Exchange targeting all creatures in play. In response to exhanging the creatures, return yours to your hand.

I'm not as nice, and your right turbine, because of a small error of yours this combo won't work.

the only targets on the exchange are the players involved with it, which means they are the only thing declared at the time of casting.  the creatures are not chosen until the spell resolves. and no one has priority as spells and abilitys resolve.  so basically there is no time between when the creatures are chosen and the exchange takes place to play the ghost town ability.

This almost works, you just need to play stuff in a different order.

With Ghost Town and Living Plane out, during your opponent's turn cast mirrorweave. (note that before you do this you will need to 'float' enough coloured mana to cast Quicken and Cultural Exchange)

Then, use the ability of each Ghost town (or copy) you are going to trade - but don't let them resolve just yet.

With the abilities on the stack, THEN play Quicken and Cultural Exchange. Trade creatures, then when the Ghost Town abilities resolve they return to you.

Ok, so it works, but you have to order the stack in a certain way.
