You have at least 1 Lotus Cobra on the field (preferably two) and have an Oracle of Mul Daya on the field with a Seer's Sundial. Play lands as you draw them or if they are on top of the deck and when you play them put the mana into your pool with Lotus Cobra and draw free cards.

you could use Amulet of Vigor to make it cheaper.

Amuletof Vigor only triggers if the land comes into play tapped...
