Same combo as before. But I didn't realize that Skill Borrower existed. So you don't even need Filigree or the Gem in play to use the combo. If you wanted throw in Crab Umbra and make Skill Borrower do it herself.

Crab Umbra's untap abilities is not given to the creature... it is an activated ability of crab umbra itself...
