better yet, screw the infinite mana. Replace Paradise Mantle for something like Viridian Longbow which allows the creature to tap and deal one damage to a target.
Infinite mana is nice, but you'll need something to use it with. Infinite damage works wonders.
I've tested a deck with the combo, and even if you don't have a heartstone, the pili-pala plus longbow allows you to deal damage equal to the amount of mana you can produce per turn. It's pretty much like an x-damage spell every turn.
And if you have the combination out, and they try to destroy the creature, or negate some effect, you can put an infinite number of damage above the stack. The only way to stop it would be either to prevent the combo from coming together, or something with slit second.
Anyway, I thought I would share my tales of luck with the combo.

if ur gonna use it for damage dont use any of this just use prodigal sorcerer and pemmin's aura
