Equip the blade of bloodchief on triskelion and start unearth + Eternal witness + Phyrexian altar combo... winning a +1/+1 counter for triskelion every time Eternal Witness becomes unearthed...

I think you got your comments mixed up... your comment must be for the turn one black mana into as much black mana as you want combo...
