Use oust to put one of your opponents creatures back into their library second from the top
Wait a turn and activate Ornate Kanzashi

Great if your opponent summons something like an eldrazi since you can pay for it with any land type

If you can't pay for the desired creatures cost you could always use Elsewhere

Also you could use Temporal Spring instead of Oust
