1. Get a decent number of elves in play including Timberwatch Elf (as many as possible)
2.Play Viridian Joiner
3. Summon Omnath
4.Tap your Timberwatch Elves to increase Viridian Joiners power
5.Tap Viridian Joiner to add mass green mana to your pool

One of the best combos I've seen here so far has been Viridian Joiner with Umbral Mantle. Dis dood gets big real fast.
