Really simple... Sac a critter to give the Bloodthrone Vamp +4/+4 until end of turn, and it gets to keep +2/+2! Supper simple, not a game ender, but can help get you there.

You could have pawn of ulamog in play at the same time so that everytime you sac a creature you get an eldrazi spawn token.
