Play Eternity Vessel, then when ever you need you life back up, Drop Orzhov Basilica and return it to your hand for next time.

Not cheating, more like backup. Still good reason to keep a bounce land in a landfall deck.

I run a G/R/U landfall deck that uses the Gruul, Simic and Izzet bounce lands, as well as Evolving Wilds. A few sakura tribe scouts make sure I can use landfall at instant speed. It works fairly well, better than I thought it would.
