with all four in the web of war spark mage is a 9/1 that searches paleoloth and stalking vengeance with wild pair now the spark mages will return each other to your hand when you play one the most i think this can do is 560 damage

You would have to actually cast the 1st and 3rd mages, because the rules changes clarified the difference between "put into play" and "play from hand" (play from your hand means you actually cast the spell, paying its costs).
Also, In the Web of War only gives +2/0 and haste once to a creature as IT enters the battlefield, not per creature entering the battlefield or per creature that has entered play this turn, so the biggest you would get is a 3/1 sparkmage, which would die from the dmg dealt by your AEther Flash. so the biggest creature you could grab with the combo would be a 3/1, but anything other than a 1/3 or a 0/4 would die thanks to the AEther Flash
