Repost with the mirror instead of the sceptor. It's not early game, but it is an extra card for you each turn, and if you destroy some of there lands then it is a good leveler.

Use boomerang instead of the red spell. You can control the amount of lands they have. And mix that with a discard deck, you can basically get rid of all of their power.

No card comes into mind with the ability "target player can't play land cards this turn" that is less than 3 CMC...

And with Panoptic Mirror, it will be your turn so, it will not any visible effect because you are playing lands and all... unless you want to target yourself just to make it  effective... Your opponents will just sit there and do nothing while you make a fool of yourself...
