Merrow Commerce urborg bell conspiracy your lands and all you creatures untap during your endstep have at least one land that can tap for blue. Add march of the machines if you rely on artifacts.

no because there are no untap steps. quest for renewal becomes worthless.

Sorry, I thought that it untapped during other upkeeps. There is another card that untaps creatures during other upkeeps.

There is a green card that untaps each creature you control during opponent's upkeeps.

The green card is awakening, which wouldn't help since it untaps all creatures including your opponents

if your thinking seedborn muse that only triggers on the untap.

merrow commerce is the best bet without bouncing stasis

though personally I think nothing is better with stasis then chronotog
